Senior Profile Oleyte Enjoys Being Student In Wolf Point
Wolf Point High School senior Dustin Oleyte’s interests include sports and the medical field.
Oleyte is a three-sport athlete as he participates in football, basketball and track for the Wolves.
He was a starting left guard for Wolf Point’s football team and he says that football is his favorite sport.
“I just like having fun playing with everyone,” Oleyte said.
He also enjoys watching the NFL on TV and he likes to cheer on the Denver Broncos.
For basketball, he appreciates the hard work done to play the sport.
In track, Oleyte competes in the shot put, discus and javelin.
His favorite class is weight lifting. He likes improving in the class.
He says his favorite teacher is Arch Woodstock. “He’s just a funny guy,” Oleyte explained.
This is his third year at Wolf Point High School after transferring from Billings West High School. He said it was a smooth transition for him.
“You get to know almost everybody here,” Oleyte said. “Billings is really spaced out.”
After high school, Oleyte plans to attend college and study kinesiology. He hopes to have a career in physical therapy. Some of his family members are nurses.
“A lot of my family is in the medical field so it interests me,” Oleyte said.
