Winners Selected For Holiday Lighting Contest
The Wolf Point Lions Club and the Wolf Point Chapter of Walleyes Unlimited announce the winners of their annual Christmas lighting contest in Wolf Point.
Eight winners received Wolf Point Chamber of Commerce and Agriculture shopping dollars. Awards included $125 for first place, $75 for second and $50 for six honorable mention selections.
Raul Figueroa of 901 Fifth Ave. N. earned the contest’s top honor.
Voted the second-place award was Cindy Welch of 316 Helena Ave.
Receiving honorable mention were Chris Evans of 108 Prospect, Betty Moore of 931 Fourth Ave. N., Charles Wilson of 123 Crescent, Harlin and Brandi Burshia of Rodeo Road, Tom Granbois of 314 Indian St. and Darren Long Hair and Dre’Ann Yellow Robe of 433 Hill St.
The annual project encourages community residents to get into the holiday spirit and has been taking place since 2011.
