Community Cupboard Offers Support

The County Cupboard food bank in Culbertson will be offering ongoing support to area families in need with donation dates in January and February planned and possibly into the summer.

“We received end-of-the-year funds that will hopefully help us to be open into the summer,” Ashlee Anderson told the Community News last week. “The next distribution is in January and we will have a freezer full of hamburger by February.” The next distribution date is Thursday, Jan. 23, from 3:30-5 p.m.

The County Cupboard is a non-profit organization focused on ending hunger in Roosevelt County. They distribute out of the county complex building on Broadway Avenue in Culbertson.
