Feb. 11: Potato soup and turkey sandwiches.

Feb. 12: Salisbury steaks, mashed potatoes, gravy, buns, vegetables, fruits and dessert.

Feb. 13: Chicken patties, buns and macaroni salad.

Feb. 11: Breakfast: Continental breakfast. Lunch: Hard shell tacos.

Feb. 12: Breakfast: Biscuits and gravy. Lunch: Pulled pork and baked beans.

Feb. 13: Breakfast: Breakfast sandwiches. Lunch: Spaghetti.

Feb. 14: Breakfast: Continental breakfast. Lunch: Cheeseburgers, vegetables and fruits.
