Kathleen Huskey

Kathleen Carol Huskey 78, died Monday, Feb. 17, 2025, at M Health Fairview Southdale Hospital in Edina, Minn.

She was born Dec. 25, 1946, in Wolf Point to Michael and Catherine Wolf (Metcalf).

In 1965, she graduated from Wolf Point High School.

She married Michael Huskey Sr. in June 1965 in Wolf Point. They had three children; Michael Jr., Tony and Kristie.

She worked in telecommunications for over 25 years and retired in 1995 from AT& T and lived in Mahtomedi, Minn.

She was an avid reader and loved watching the show Jeopardy and crime shows.

She is survived by her children, Michael Huskey and Kristie Shafer (Huskey); four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her son, Tony.

She will be remembered for her beautiful spirit and kindness.

A celebration of life is planned for June 21 in Hayward, Wis.
