Bainville’s senior Elsie Wilson and junior Hailey Berwick have each been voted to the Class C All-State girls’ basketball team.

Wilson and Berwick are each repeat selections from last year.

Plentywood’s Mallory Tommerup was also voted to the All-State squad.

District 2C players selected to the boys’ All-State team were Plentywood’s senior Chance Klein, Plentywood’s senior Carson Solberg and Savage’s senior Zane Pilgeram.

District 3C players voted All-State for boys were Circle’s sophomore Owen Beery, Scobey’s junior John Carney, Scobey’s junior Bram Handran, Lustre Christian’s junior Johnslee Pierre, Lustre Christian’s sophomore Cam Reddig. Dodson’s senior Junior Stiffarm and Circle’s junior Duke Williamson. District 3C girls picked were Scobey’s senior Kaytie Aanstad, Lustre Christian’s freshman Kencia Brown, Frazer’s junior Isabelle Fourstar, Scobey’s junior Camrie Holum, Circle’s sophomore Allie Kountz, North Country’s senior Shelbi LaBrie, North Country’s junior BaiLee McColly, Circle’s junior Madeline Moline and Circle’s sophomore Emma Murphy.

District 2C standouts have been selected to this year’s All-Conference basketball teams.

Girls voted to the first team were Plentywood’s senior Mallory Tommerup, Bainville’s senior Elsie Wilson, Bainville’s junior Hailey Berwick, Brockton’s junior Tamryn Bauer, Richey/Lambert’s senior Keira Rains, Froid/ Lake’s senior Mara Salvevold, Savage’s senior Cambry Conradsen and MonDak’s junior Abby Lowes.

The second team featured Brockton’s senior Ava Lone Bear, Bainville’s senior Tally Berwick, Plentywood’s April McCabe, Richey/Lambert’s Brynne Hill, Froid/Lake’s senior Brooklyn Nordwick, Bainville’s junior Lila Butikofer, Savage’s junior Aspen Peterson and Richey/Lambert’s Jolee Klempel.

First team defensive picks are Plentywood’s Tommerup, Bainville’s Wilson, Froid/ Lake’s Salvevold and Bainville’s H. Berwick.

Second team defensive selections are Savage’s Conradsen, Bainville’s T. Berwick, MonDak’s Katelynn Folvag and Brockton’s Ava Lone Bear.

Boys selected first team were Plentywood’s senior Carson Solberg, Plentywood’s senior Chance Klein, Savage’s senior Zane Pilgeram, Plentywood’s senior Ben Hagan, Plentywood’s senior Ayden Kaul, Savage’s senior Hunter Sanders, Brockton’s sophomore Jarid Fast Horse and Culbertson’s senior Mark Kirkaldie.

Second team picks were Savage’s senior Sayer Erickson, Plentywood’s senior Nathan Trupe, MonDak’s Dilan Wade, Culbertson’s Gavin Deen, Brockton’s sophomore Colter Nygaard, Plentywood’s senior Landon Flickinger, Bainville’s junior Rowan Wilson and Plentywood’s junior Henry Kukowski.

First team defensive selections were Plentywood’s Solberg, Plentywood’s Hagan, Plentywood’s Trupe and Savage’s Pilgeram.

Second team defensive picks were Savage’s Erickson, Culbertson’s senior Dawson Bergum, Brockton’s junior Josh Firemoon and Bainville’s senior Reed Winn.
