Letter to the Editor

Dear Editor:

Recently, I attended a city council meeting and spoke during the public participation segment. During my comments, I addressed a city councilman’s behavior at a local business. I want to take a moment to clarify my words and ensure that my intent is understood.

I did not call the business owners Nazis, and I sincerely hope that no one took my words that way. If my statements caused any misunderstanding or hurt, I deeply regret that. My goal was never to create division but rather to foster a conversation that strengthens our community.

I truly believe that we are stronger when we come together rather than fight amongst ourselves. I pray that we can move forward with mutual respect and understanding.
