The Froid/Lake track program features seven boys and nine girls this season.
On the girls’ side, relay runners Mara Salvevold, Isabelle Nordwick, Jordyn Breuer and Leah Murray qualified for the state meet last season.
Strong athletes for the Red Hawks should include Salvevold in sprints and Nordwick in the 400.
For the boys’ team, Cody Olson, Rylan Young, Joseph Robertson and Eddie Orozco return after qualifying for state in a relay last season.
Robertson, a senior, qualified for the state meet in the 1600-meter run in the past.
