Wolf Point Music Students Entertain At Spring Concert


Performances by a student led group highlighted the entertainment at the spring concert held at the Wolf Point High School/Junior High School gym on Tuesday, March 25.
The student club jazz band, called the Wolf Point Swing Band, performed “Runaway Baby” and “Sway.”
Wolf Point musical director Jacob Bradshaw explained the group started up a few months ago.
“We just decided why not make a band,” junior Cole Boysun said.
Other members of the group include Chase Adams, Jayla Big Talk, Maya Deserly, William Schwarzrock, Ryver Summers and Logan Wolff.
Selections by the junior high band were “Blackbeard” and “The Tempest.”
The high school band performed “Fragile” and “Whale Warriors.’
As far as chorale numbers, the full choir sang “Scarborough Fair.”
High school band members are Jayla Big Talk, Chase Adams, Cole Boysun, Kailani Chamberlain, Dreyson Clark, Maya Deserly, Aedyn Dionne, Ethan Fowler, Kaleigha Laverdure, Justyne Martell, Azarea McConnell, Evie Onstad, Ezekiel Payne, Reilly Rees, Jazzmyn Robinson-Martell, William Schwarzrock, Sheena Standing Rock, Lonnie Steele III, Ryver Summers, Ryan White Horse Jr., Jaycen Williams, Logan Wolff and Victoria Wozniak.
Junior high band members include Kymani Archambault, Brylee Bearcub, Aurora Big Horn, Scarlett Brien, Jennifer Brown, Dez’Marie Clark, Zachary Dionne Jr., Malleena Fast Horse, Lakota Grey Bull, Jacoby Lilley, Amya Low Dog, Dan Mireles Jr., Kellen Moran, Adrienne Peterson, Xhaiden St. Germaine and Sundance Standing Rock.
Choir members are Kailani Chamberlain, Brenden Drum, Ta’Leigha Headdress, Justyne Martell, Stephanie Martell, Harris McConnell Jr., Tyler Melbourne, Benjamin Onstad, Evie Onstad, Paige Rios, Mackiya Schindler, Sheena Standing Rock, Audrey Weinberger, Ryan White Horse Jr., Cole Boysun, Aedyn Dionne, Cante’ Grey Bull, Paige Rios, William Schwarzrock, Ryver Summers and Logan Wolff.
