Woman Charged With Violating Probation
After being sentenced on March 12 for criminal possession of dangerous drugs Whitley Raquel Arredondo Adams has been charged with violating the conditions of the sentence. The petition for revocation was filed on March 27.
Adams received a deferred imposition of sentence for a period of three years on March 12 for the possession of dangerous drugs charge.
She is accused of violating three terms and conditions of the sentence. The counts include being in criminal possession of drug paraphernalia on March 22, being in a casino and being positive for meth, amphetamine and THC on an urinalysis test.
