Froid Plans Cleanup Activities For May 4

Froid School will hold its spring cleanup day on Sunday, May 4, starting at 10 a.m.

Bring your gloves and any favorite tools. There are many tasks to be completed inside and outside of the school and gym.

Volunteers are encouraged to bring their own rakes, trimmers, shears, trash bags and power tools.

The town spring cleanup day is scheduled to start at noon at the Community Center on the same day. Bowker Sanitation will be available with two additional large rolloffs at the town shop along with the metal recycling bin already in the lot.

People are urged to dispose of household items (appliances and furniture) and to clean up their yards. Individuals should remember about the available tree pile on the east side of town for branches and lawn clippings. There will be a roll-off available for tire disposal.
