Montana Attorney General Austin Knudsen announced a temporary relief program today to clear a driver education backlog and help Montanans who are 15-years old get their learner’s permit and eventually a driver’s license in a timely fashion, saving their families money in the process. Axel Bryan Higgins was born April 5 at 1:21 p.m. to Abby and Keith Higgins at Frances Mahon Deaconess Hospital in Glasgow. He weighed six pounds 12 ounces and was 18½ inches long. He joins brother Archer. Grandparents are Steve and Cece Lambert and Eddie Higgins and Jan Bryan, all of Wolf Point.
