It’s A Girl


Gianna Tee Copenhaver was born Aug. 1 at 8:03 a.m. to Mickey and Brock Copenhaver of Wolf Point at Frances Mahon Deaconess Hospital in Glasgow. She weighed eight pounds 15 ounces and was 20.5 inches long. She joins sisters Blakelyn and Kenz-ley at home. Her grandparents are Tim and Tana Kulbeck of Harlem and the late Gary and Lafon Copenhaver of Wolf Point.

Fatality Confirmed In Train Brockton Train Accident


Ashton Stovern, 24, of Sidney, has been confirmed as the fatality in a July 28 accident on the BNSF mainline near Brockton. The train collided with a semi-truck in the morning hours, killing Stovern, who was driving. The semi was hauling gravel at the time of the accident.
