More than 190 4-H members from across the state visited Montana State University last week for the Montana 4-H Congress, an annual event offering competitive events, workshops, entertainment and social events. As the youth development program of MSU Extension, Montana 4-H reaches more than 17,000 youth each year and is supported by more than 3,000 volunteers. Stella Duran, a 4-H member

Walker Jaymes Moran was born July 3 at 9:21 a.m. at Frances Mahon Deaconess Hospital in Glasgow to Trent and Shandy Moran. She weighed eight pounds 3.7 ounces and was 21 inches long. She joins brother Maddox at home. Grandparents are Jim and Cindy Hanks of Wolf Point and Scott and Jana Moran of Malta.

The Wolf Point High School Class of 1971 is hopeful another class or organization will decide to organize the all-class reunion during Stampede week after this year. Class member Sherry Boysun said the idea of having an all-class reunion came when her class was planning its 50th reunion in 2021. Since that time, the class has organized the celebration during Stampede at the Elks Event Center.
