Church Honors Individuals With Farewell Party


Immaculate Conception Catholic Church members recently conducted a farewell party for two of its leaders. The congregation thanked Father Kiran Bernard for serving in Wolf Point for the past 18 months. He has been transferred to the Scobey/ Plentywood area. Ann Wienke has devoted much time to the church as she has served as the church’s director of Catechesis and youth ministry for 21 years.

The “Fill A Box” campaign seeks to gather school supplies and clothes to help those students who are short of the items. The crew at Wired Bean Coffee celebrated their grand opening July 5-6 at their new location in Wolf Point. Ann and Ken Landsrud and daughters Rebekah and Kendra are offering locally roasted Wild Calf Coffee and espresso, as well as Lotus Energy drinks, Big Train Frappes and full menu of beverages on the north side of U.S. Highway 2. The business name stems from Ken Landsrud’s regular job as Mr.
