Northside Readers Excited About Book Blast


Book Blast is promoting reading for all grades at Northside Elementary School this month. “It’s an opportunity for students to earn books,” Principal Georgie Gourneau said about the promotion for 4-6 grades. She notes that each student receives one free book and then a treasure map to fill out. After parents take care of registration online, students are urged to email 10 family members

BNSF can confirm at approximately 5:25 p.m. mountain time Wednesday, Sept. 18, one locomotive and two cars derailed near Wolf Point. There were no injuries to the crew and there was no threat to the public. The cause is under investigation. (Photo submitted)
