Froid/Lake Girls Shoot For Strong Season


After qualifying for the Eastern C divisional volleyball tournament last season, Froid/Lake returns all but one starter entering this campaign. Returning starters include senior Mara Salvevold, senior Brooklynn Nordwick, senior Addison Elvsaas, senior Alexa Nelson and sophomore Isabelle Nordwick.
