Trustees Discuss Teachers, Health Plan
Culbertson school officials apparently have found a solution if they can’t find any new fourth-grade teachers for the upcoming school year.
With two positions to fill, trustees approved the idea of reassigning Rhetta Wilson from elementary special education and Title I to one of the fourth-grade classrooms. The board also approved Rachel Glavin to serve as a fourth-grade teacher under an emergency
Museum Birthday Bash Rescheduled
The Culbertson Museum has paused plans to host a birthday celebration this weekend. According to board member Jill Herness, repairs to the museum meat room are currently underway. A contractor has been approved and will be working on the area over the weekend.
She said plans to hold a celebration will be announced when repairs are completed. Herness said that fundraising efforts for the project
Brockton Welcomes New Superintendent Of Schools
Incoming Brockton School District superintendent Josh Patterson has a background in Montana education. He served as football coach, English teacher, junior high principal and eventually superintendent at Noxon Public Schools beginning in 2011 and he was principal for Miles City Unified School District from August 2016 to June 2019.
He has also taught at Lake Gibson Senior High School in Lakeland,
