Montana State University and its partners at the Montana Office of Public Instruction and the University of Montana have received a $2.3 million grant for a program that is designed to train high-quality school and mental health counselors to work in rural areas of Montana. Another Montanan has died of apparent carbon monoxide poisoning following the Dec. 11 death of Lustre resident Kenneth Portra.
