Kai Irwin Leigh Underdahl made not guilty pleas to five felony charges during his initial appearance in district court on Thursday, Nov. 12. Underdahl is facing three counts of assault with a weapon and two charges of criminal endangerment. The Fort Peck Tribes Elderly Program will distribute turkeys to tribal elders (60 years or older) on Friday, Nov. 20. The program will conduct this event at each town’s tribal elderly site via drive through. The main goal is to keep the elders safe, so please stay in your vehicle and wear a mask.
