Former Valley County Undersheriff Luke Strommen is set to be sentenced Oct. 26 after a sentencing date of Oct. 7 was postponed by court officials. A Valley County Jury found Strommen guilty of rape on July 17. This is the second time Strommen’s sentencing has been postponed. He was originally set to be sentenced Aug. 28.
