Wolf Point’s boys’ basketball team put together an excellent and exciting comeback in the fourth quarter but fell just short, 50-47, against Fairview at home on Friday, Jan. 24. The Wolves trailed 39-31 at the end of the third quarter and Fairview increased the margin to 43-31 at the start of the fourth quarter. Lady Wolves Lose At Home To Circle


Wolf Point’s Lady Wolves had a rough time offensively against Circle on Thursday, Jan. 23, and fell by a 49-16 final at home. A pull-up jumper by Wolf Point’s Keeley Blount-Henderson tied the game at 2-2 during the first three minutes of play. Three Indians Earn Wrestling Titles


Three Poplar wrestlers won championships during the tournament in Moorcroft, Wyo. Angelina Escarcega earned the title in the girls’ 100 pound division.
