Eighth-grade Girls Make Noise For Lady Wolves
The spotlight of Wolf Point High School’s sports scene wasn’t too much to handle for four eighth-grade girls this year. Between them, AnnaLeigh Matejovsky, McKinlee Paulson, McKenzie Rodenberg and Maia Kent made positive marks in volleyball, flag football, basketball, wrestling, golf, track and tennis.

Area Track Athletes Place At Top 10 Meet In Glasgow
Wolf Point, Poplar and Lustre Christian all had highlights during the 43rd annual Norm Girard Top 10 track meet held in Glasgow on Tuesday, April 29.
The Wolf Point Wolves ended their night on a high note when the girls’ 1600-meter relay team finished third with a time of 4:18.77. Running the relay were Navella Weeks, Amirah Oleyte, Harper Weeks and Adalynn Smith.

Yellow Jackets Open Season With Victory
The Wolf Point Yellow Jackets opened their season with an 18-8 comeback victory over Malta at home on Wednesday, April 30.
The Yellow Jackets fell behind 7-1 during the opening two innings.
Oryan Burshia, a 12-yearold, then allowed just one run during his three innings on the mound.
Keyden Beston led Wolf Point’s offensive attack with three hits.
