Culbertson/Bainville finished with 50 points to capture the second-place trophy. Manhattan Christian topped the standings with 37 points. Bainville’s football team ended its season in a memorable way when a touchdown and conversion with 12 seconds left lifted the Bulldogs over Jordan, 34-33, on Thursday, Oct. 20. “It was a great way to end the year. It helps,” Bainville Coach Shawn Romo said after the home victory. The Bulldogs entered the game without a conference win and with three starters out with injuries.
