After nearly 40-years in medicine, Dr. Don Helland, the family physician at Roosevelt Medical Center, is retiring. He has spent the last 11-years providing care for patients at RMC. A small staff farewell party took place on March 15, where he was presented with gifts and a traditional Star Quilt. Access to the park has been blocked by Knudsen Family Limited Partnership, preventing use by scouting groups and the public. Upland Gamebird Regulations Available On Website

New regulation booklets for upland gamebirds are available online at fwp. mt.gov/hunt/regulations. Printed booklets will be available later this month. This year, the booklets include turkey hunting regulations. A turkey is considered an upland gamebird by Montana statute.
