Froid/Lake Girls Lose In Semi-final Round
The Froid/Lake girls lost by a 64-19 final to North Country in the semi-final round of the Eastern C divisional tournament on Thursday, March 4.
Froid/Lake was able to stay close during the very early stages of the game. A basket by Dasani Nesbit tied the game at 2-2.
The Red Hawks took a 5-2 lead on a three-pointer by Sydney Dethman with 4:44 left in the opening quarter.

Froidâs art teacher Maria Gallegos and the sixth-grade students recently created âwar shirtsâ at the school.

Cub Scouts Hold Food Drive For County Cupboard
Culbertson Cub Scouts Pack 4293 is asking the community for help with its annual âScouting for Foodâ food drive. According to Taleasha Stuber, the scouts have chosen to donate all collected items to The County Cupboard food bank in Culbertson.
