The Bainville Town Council held their regular meeting March 14 at the city office. The meeting was called to order at 7 p.m. Mayor Toby Romo was present, along with councilpersons Carol Rasmussen, Nick Tester and Matt Giese. During the treasurer’s report, an invoice for attorney Greg Hennessy was reviewed. Romo asked whether the bill submitted would be all the town owes moving forward and

Roosevelt County had nine active COVID cases as of Monday, March 14. There have been 71 COVID-related deaths in the county. There are no current hospitalizations. County health officials encourage all residents aged 5 and up to be vaccinated and those over 16 should consider getting booster doses. Immunizations are by appointment only.
