Miss Montana Focuses Time On Brockton, Culbertson

Despite challenges presented by the pandemic, Miss Montana Jessica Criss has been traveling in the region, focusing on stops at smaller schools where social distancing is possible. In normal times, Criss’ travels would involve big audiences at school assemblies. Large gatherings are off the agenda at present however and Criss spent two days at Brockton School and Culbertson School Oct. 19-20.

Bainville Wins Match Against Lustre Squad

The Bainville Bulldogs earned a league victory at Lustre Christian on Friday, Oct. 23, to gain momentum heading into the district volleyball tournament. The Bulldogs knocked off the Lions by a 23-25, 25-12, 25-21, 25-21, margin. “I was happy that the girls showed they could fight back and win,” Bainville Coach Kallie Clarke said. “They all played their roles well and won as a team.”
