The Culbertson Town Council approved a water rate increase at the regular meeting April 11. Council members approved an increase of $3 to users’ base rate and approximately 57 cents per 1,000 gallons used. The increase will appear in the June billing cycle. The Bainville Town Council held their regular meeting at the city office Monday, April 11. Mayor Toby Romo and council members Matt Giese, Nick Tester and Carol Rasmussen were in attendance.
