Mada Martell Bergie admitted during a hearing in district court on Wednesday, Nov. 15, that she violated the conditions of her probation.
Bergie received a deferred imposition of sentence for intimidation in 2021.
Judge David Cybulski noted that the maximum penalty for intimidation is 10 years in prison, a $50,000 fine or both.
