The Bainville Town Council held a special meeting Wednesday, March 24. Councilmen Ron Butikofer and Matt Giese were in attendance, as was mayor Dennis Portra. Town of Culbertson public works director Bob Jasper has relocated the rocks along the shoreline at Ike’s Fishing Pond and Walking Trail in Culbertson. The pond level is now considered full. Funds continue to be sought to settle up with contractor Hurley’s Oilfield Service.
