Organizers with the 55th annual Culbertson Labor Day Wagon Train plan to dust off their conveyances Sept. 2-3. Participants must register their wagons and trailers at a fee based on age. Roosevelt County has hired a law firm to represent the county in the case regarding attorney Janet Christoffersen.
