The Steppler Ranch of Culbertson came out the season winners after the Eastern Montana Ranch Rodeo Finals in Terry on Sept. 11. The Froid and Culbertson librarieswill once again host acclaimed Celtic guitarist and storyteller Jerry Barlow for a special concert. The first program will be held Tuesday, Sept, 28, at 2 p.m. at the public library in Froid. A second program will be held Tuesday, Oct. 5, at 2 p.m. at the Culbertson Library. The concerts are sponsored by the Roosevelt County Libraries and are free to the community.
