Bainville Council Votes To Remove Culverts


The Bainville Town Council held its regular meeting Monday, May 10. Mayor Dennis Portra asked the council to consider a motion to remove painted culverts at 311 Clinton Street/Hwy 327. The culverts, recently painted with political graffiti and other messaging, are considered an eyesore by some area residents.
