The Bainville Town Council held their regular meeting Monday, Nov. 9. The meeting was made accessible via GoToMeeting. Mayor Dennis Portra, council members Chuck Hyatt, Ron Butikofer and Travis Wills were in attendance, along with town clerk Nikki Rogers and attorney Greg Hennessy. Minutes were approved for the Oct. 12 and 19 meetings. Amended minutes were approved for an August 10 meeting.
