A disagreement between three Roosevelt County schools involves a possible transfer of land from both the Culbertson and Bainville school districts to the Froid school district. Winter Project Day was held on Tuesday, Dec. 23, at the Roosevelt County Complex in Culbertson. 4-H members used some of their crafty skills to paint bottlecap snowmen, cork reindeer and tophat snowman. They also created a cookies-in-a-jar mix that they can use as a gift for someone special. The morning was followed up by cooking grilled ham and cheese sandwiches and a movie. 4-H members
