Froid/Lake Girls Edge Brockton, 38-35
Froid/Lake’s girls’ basketball team pulled out a 38-35 league victory over Brockton at home on Friday, Feb. 7.
The game was even at 2525 after three quarters of play, but Brockton struck for the first four points of the fourth period on baskets by Tamryn Bauer and Claire Clampitt.
The Red Hawks responded with baskets by Mara Salvevold and Avery Johnson to pull even at 29-29.

Roosevelt County 4-H, FFA Youth Goat Carcass Achievers
The 2024 Statewide Certified Youth Fair Goat Carcass results were released and local youth proved that we continue to have high value animals in northeastern Montana.
Raising and showing their market goats at the Roosevelt County Fair is a highlight of their 4-H/FFA year, but that recently got a little sweeter with both Keira Stentoft of the Froid FFA and Tenley Berwick of the Centennial Clovers
