Culbertson High School senior Ayden Van Why has a very familiar face to many area residents. After all, customers probably have been greeted by Van Why at the Val-Am store in Culbertson on more than one occasion.
Van Why works at the store, mainly as a cashier, after school every day.
He enjoys the job as he gets to interact with customers and develop more people skill.

The Roosevelt County commissioners agreed to write a letter of support for the Town of Culbertson’s upgrade to its swimming pool and bathhouse.
The letter of support is for a Montana State Parks Grant that could result in more than $100,000 for the project.
Officials have said that work could start as early as the fall since grants are received.
