Red Hawks Open Tourney With Win
The Froid/Lake Red Hawks picked up their intensity in the second half and downed Nashua, 48-32, in the first round of the Eastern C divisional boys’ basketball tournament in Wolf Point on Thursday, March 2.
Nashua’s Grady Nielsen scored the last six points of the first half to pull the Porcupines to 16-15 at intermission.

Red Hawks Drop Game Against Lustre
After a close first half, Lustre’s boys’ basketball squad pulled away in the third quarter to beat Froid/Lake, 44-31, in the semi-final round of the Eastern C divisional tournament on Friday, March 3.

Bulldogs Fall To Scobey, 48-46
The Bainville Bulldogs lost a heart-breaker against Scobey during the first round of the Eastern C divisional boys’ basketball tournament in Wolf Point on Thursday, March 2.
With the game deadlocked at 46-46, Scobey pulled out the victory, 48-46, when Bram Handran connected from the baseline as time expired.
