The Tribal Executive Board held their full meeting Dec. 23. They approved purchasing Git-N-Go in Wolf Point for $450,000. Money for the purchase is coming from a modified budget from the Tribal Reserves. The Roosevelt County Sheriff’s Office responded to 60 calls from Dec. 23-30. Dec. 23 Deputies assisted a citizen at Trinity Hospital who requested a ride to her apartment. The woman was transported to the Homestead Annex. Dec. 24 Deputies assisted the Wolf Point Police Department with transporting an adult to the Fort Peck Tribal Jail in Poplar following a medical check at the Wolf Point

Average gasoline prices in Montana have risen 3.3 cents per gallon in the last week, averaging $2.76/g Monday, Dec. 30, according to Gas-Buddy's survey of 615 stations in Montana. Prices in Montana are 12.1 cents per gallon lower than a month ago and stand 18.0 cents per gallon lower than a year ago. The national average price of diesel has decreased 0.5 cents in the last week and stands at $3.473
