On Thursday, Sept. 24, at approximately 11:17 a.m., deputies with the Blaine County Sheriff’s Office responded to a disturbance call at 223 3rd Avenue SW Apt. #2. The daughter of the victim called to report a male inside her mother’s apartment who claimed to be armed
