The Wolf Point City Council held its regular meeting Jan. 21. Council members Lance Fourstar and Carrie Manning were absent. Anne Miller with Montana Disaster and Emergency Services spoke to the council about services offered by the organization and unpacked details about regulations, guidelines, points of contact and opportunities for training.
