Corned Beef, Cabbage Fundraiser Planned

A corned beef and cabbage feed is planned at the Church of Grace and Peace in Culbertson on March 16. The event will run from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. The church is located at 207 1st Ave W.

Ashlee Anderson told the Community News that all proceeds from the fundraiser will go toward the County Cupboard food bank.

“We fully restocked the food bank with a whole beef and the cost was around $6,000,” she said. “So every penny helps keep it open.”

The next distribution day for the County Cupboard is Thursday, March 27, at the county complex on Broadway Ave. in Culbertson.
