Mariah Machart poses next to her family’s entry at Phillips County Motor Sports in Malta this past weekend. According to Mary Machart, Mariah’s mother, area racers came from Culbertson, Plentywood, Scobey, Sidney and Wolf Point. “One of the big things this weekend was paying tribute to our neighbors to the north in Canada,” said Mary, “acknowledging how much they are missedwith the border being closed.
