Summer Beauchman, 31, female, U.S. Highway 2 and Fourth Avenue, no insurance, driving without a license and starting, turning or stopping without regard for safety, tribal court.
Morgan Bauer, 19, male, U.S. Highway 2 and First Avenue, criminal endangerment (two counts), hindering law enforcement, no driver’s license, speeding, fleeing from or eluding an officer, stop sign violation, no insurance, expired registration and warrant, tribal court.
August 4
Alyssa Youpee, 22, female, 200 block of Eureka Street, seatbelt use required and handheld electronic communication use prohibited, tribal court.
August 5
Raine Jackson, 26, female, Triangle Park, disorderly conduct, criminal trespass and warrant, tribal court.
August 6
Taylor Weston, 20, male, 400 block of U.S. Highway 2, assault with bodily fluid, partner/ family member assault, carrying concealed dangerous weapon, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, public intoxication and minor in possession, tribal court.

Fire Blotter Aug. 4: The Wolf Point Volunteer Fire Department responded to the 900 block of Cascade Street for a grass fire at 7:45 p.m. One truck and command went to the scene.
At 12:01 a.m., the WPVFD responded to a grass fire on Road 2056 north of Wolf Point with one truck and command.
Aug. 5: Two trucks and command responded to a grass fire on Rothe’s Road north of Wolf Point.
Aug. 7: At 5:19 a.m., firefighters responded to a grass fire on Swimming Pool Road with two trucks.
Aug. 8: A fire caused by a farming accident was reported 18 miles north on Highway 250 at 1:41 p.m. Four trucks responded.
At 2:11 p.m., the WPVFD responded to a grass fire near the lagoon on the riverbottom with two trucks.
Aug. 10: A grass fire was reported on Wolf Creek Road at 12:15 p.m. about 14 miles north of U.S. Highway 2. Four trucks responded.
A second grass fire was reported about 3 p.m. 19 miles north of U.S. Highway 2 on Highway 250. Four trucks responded.
Two grass fires were reported 11:49 p.m. on Dumpground Road. Two trucks and command responded.
