Keith Red Elk, 67, of Poplar died Aug. 29, 2020.

A prayer service will be held at 7 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 3, at Chelsea Church. A funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Friday, Sept. 4, at Chelsea Church. Interment will be at Chelsea Cemetery. Clayton Stevenson Memorial Chapel of Wolf Point was entrusted with the arrangements.
