September 8

Curt Zimmerman, 27, male, Third Avenue South and Front Street, aggravated driving under the influence and stop sign violation, municipal court.

Sixteen-year-old female, Third Avenue South and Fairweather Street, -careless driving, driving without a valid license and warrant, tribal court.

Arthur Deveraux, 26, male, U.S. Highway 2 and Fourth Avenue, driving without a license, no insurance and starting, turning, stopping without regard for safety, tribal court.

Deserea Rowe, 23, female, U.S. Highway 2 and Fourth Avenue, warrant, tribal court.

Carrie Warclub, 27, female, U.S. Highway 2 and Fourth Avenue, warrant, tribal court.

September 9

Kyle Paulson, 32, male, 100 block of Third Avenue South, warrant, municipal court.

Fire Blotter Aug. 31: At 3:39 p.m., the Wolf Point Volunteer Fire Department responded to a grass fire on BIA Route 1 west of Wolf Point. One truck and command responded.

At 8:42 p.m., firefighters responded to Pumpkin Hill with four trucks and command for a backburn as part of a joint operation with BIA Fire.

Sept. 1: At 9:06 p.m., a grass fire on Dumpground Road near Rothe’s Dam was reported. One truck and command responded.

Sept. 2: At 1:41 p.m., a grass fire was reported on the 1000 block of West Ash Street. Four trucks and command responded. Firefighters did a backburn at the area.

At 2:26 p.m., firefighters responded to a grass fire north of Wolf Point on Road 1071. Four truck and command responded.

Sept. 3: At 11:05 a.m., the fire on Road 1071 rekindled. One truck and command responded.

Sept. 4: At 12:07 p.m., a grass fire was reported at mile marker 48 on Highway 250. One truck and command responded.

Sept. 5: At 12:07 a.m., a car fire was reported on BIA Route 1 near Loemiller Road. Three trucks and command responded.

12:50 a.m., a dumpster fire on the 300 block of Idaho Street was reported. Two trucks and command responded.

Sept. 6: At 4:06 p.m., pallets on fire behind Albertsons was reported. One truck and command responded. A grass fire at King Cemetery was reported at 8:22 p.m. Three trucks and command responded.

A dumpster fire was reported at 10:24 p.m. on the 500 block of Idaho Street. One truck and command responded.

Sept. 8: At 9:03 p.m., a fire pit without a screen caused a fire on Pumpkin Hill. One truck and command responded.

Sept. 10: A structure fire — a suspicious garage fire — on the 200 block of Third Avenue South was reported at 7:52 p.m. Two trucks and command responded.

Sept. 11: Firefighters responded to a grass fire in the pasture near Dumpground Road at 1:56 a.m. One truck and command responded.

Grass fire at mile marker 45 on Highway 250 was reported 11:13 a.m. due to a baler/ swather. Three trucks responded.
