Richard Comeslast, 41, male, 400 block of Main Street alley, warrant, tribal court.

Robin Campbell, 59, male, First Avenue North and U.S. Highway 2, failure to carry/ display registration receipt, municipal court.

November 10

Breon Dupree, 37, male, 400 block of Blaine Street, disorderly conduct and public intoxication, tribal court.

November 12

Heather Smith Yellowowl-Griffing, 30, female, 1200 block of Fourth Avenue North, deliberate homicide, tribal court.

Lionel White, 37, male, Sixth Avenue South and Front Street, driving without a license, no insurance and headgear required for minor riders, tribal court.

November 13

Nicole Fasthorse, 35, female, Third Avenue South and Custer Street, driving without a license, no insurance and no vehicle registration.

Fire Blotter Nov. 12: The Wolf Point Volunteer Fire Department responded to a motor vehicle vs. ATV accident at 5:06 p.m. at the corner of Sixth Avenue South and Front Street with command and one truck.

At 6:15 p.m., a possible structure fire was reported on the 200 block of Main Street. One truck and command responded. It was determined to be smoke from the building’s heating system.
