Fadness updated the council about the Montana Department of Transportation Highway 2 project. He said the Montana Department of Environmental Quality is reviewing the town’s loan application.

The planning board will meet Jan. 20 to discuss the Capital Improvement Plan and Growth Policy. Fadness said large maps and other materials are being printed for the planning board meeting.

A position with the town for water/wastewater and maintenance remains open. Town Clerk Tiffani Jasper said there have been several applications received thus far.
