Victoria Wozniak and Charlie Page are the Scholars of the Week in Wolf Point for the week of Jan. 16.

Wozniak, 13, is in the eighth grade. Her parents are Loretta and Jeff Wozniak. Siblings are Savannah and Gabrielle.

Her extra-curricular activities include band and flute. Her favorite class is algebra. Her favorite teacher is Wyatt Murdoch.

She describes her family as her role model. Hobbies are reading and art.

She wants to attend a college close to home and study in the medical field.

Wozniak was selected from Scott Montgomery’s class.

Page, 15, is a freshman. His parents are Robert and Joelle Page. Siblings are Katie, Ashley and Nick.

Extra-curricular activities include track, baseball, wrestling and football. Hobbies are sports.

His favorite class is science. His favorite teacher is Ryan Wilson. His role model is Nick Page.

He hopes to attend Oregon University. He hopes to have a profession in sports/football.

Page was selected from Doug Evans’ class.

Scholars for the Week for Jan. 9 were Kamilla Melbourne- Hines and D.J. Fischer.

Melbourne-Hines, 12, is in the seventh grade. Her parents are Kory Hines and Anntoinette Melbourne.

Extra-curricular activities include volleyball. Hobbies are volleyball and basketball.

Her role model is Hailey Van Lith. Her favorite teacher is Tressa Welch. Her favorite class is geography.

She hopes to attend the University of Michigan and become a surgeon.

She was selected from Tressa Welch’s class.

F i s c h e r , 15, is a freshman. His parents are Donell Stump and Nick Ahneman. Siblings are Dahmniq Ahneman, Bradley Fischer, Destiny Fischer and Denea Fischer.

Extra-curricular activities are basketball and football. Hobbies are hanging out with friends and playing basketball.

His favorite classes are science and Native American studies. His favorite teacher is Leslie Larson. Fischer’s role model is Michael Jordan.

He hopes to become a professional athlete.

He was selected from Tressa Welch’s class.
