Poplar Wrestlers Fare Well In Home Action

Poplar’s wrestlers posted victories during individual matches against Wolf Point and Harlem opponents on Friday, Feb. 12.

Scorings win on pins in the first round for Poplar were Mitchell Youngman at 132, Gage Berg at 145, Kaelen Smith at 145 and Tyler Pribbernow at 205. Winning on a decision was Kameron Reum at 138.

During the second round, winning on pins were Reum, Youngman, Berg, Smith and Pribbernow.

The Indians competed in Baker on Saturday, Feb. 13.

Youngman posted a 2-0 record in Baker. Having 1-0 records were Jase Frederick and Kaelen Smith.

Kameron Reum went 1-1 for the day. Having 0-1 marks were Gage Berg and Tyler Pribbernow.

Poplar will compete at a triangular in Glasgow on Friday,

Feb. 19.
